Woodlit Google tools
Woodlit is a family business selling cedar swing sets and playgrounds since 2007, operated by Woodlit sp. z o.o. sp. k., Szosa Chełmińska 169A/9, 87-100 Toruń, Poland.
What this application is
"Woodlit" is an internal application. Woodlit's own staff use it to manage Woodlit's own Google accounts:
- Google Ads: campaigns, budgets and performance reports
- Google Merchant Center: product listings, shipping and return settings
- Google Analytics and Search Console: website traffic and search performance reports
- Tag Manager, YouTube and Business Profile: reading settings and statistics
The application is not offered to anyone else. Customers never sign in to it, and it does not access customers' Google accounts.
What data it uses and why
The application reads the settings and performance data of Woodlit's own Google accounts. It also makes changes there that Woodlit approves, such as starting a campaign or updating shipping settings. We use this data only to run Woodlit's own advertising and online shop.
How the data is handled
- Data is processed on Woodlit's own computers and in Woodlit's Google Cloud project.
- We use an AI assistant from Anthropic (Claude) to analyse reports and prepare changes for our team. The data is shared with that provider only for this purpose.
- We do not sell this data or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it to advertise to any person.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Woodlit can withdraw the application's access at any time in its Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
